The last episode of the first season starts in 1828 with the murder of Manuel Dorrego during the first coup d'etat in Argentina, at the hands of Juan Lavalle. It ends with the Battle of Caseros of 1852, in which Justo José de Urquiza defeats Juan Manuel de Rosas and takes over the mandate.
