HONG sends his subordinates to kidnap two witnesses. The investigation section then has insufficient evidence and cancel the charge against KIN. HONG tells BON that LAP is the one who killed KEI and persecuted CHEONG. BON grieves with pain. FU by chance eavesdrop the conversation. He leaves angrily. FU wants to knock LAP down by car so as to take revenge for KEI and CHEONG. Unexpectedly, the car is out of control. LAP could escape from death. FU is arrested. LAP denies that he had killed KEI.
